Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Sapphire Salon Dublin for your lash supplies.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major Irish holidays, e.g. Bank Holiday, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, New Years Eve, etc..
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note the following shipping times are estimated averages. Holidays and postal outages and customs processing may affect shipping times. All prices are in EUR. Standard Shipping: three to five business days. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in order to be shipped on the same day.
*No orders will be shipped on Sunday.
*Exclusions apply depending on the delivery address
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please verify adhesives when you receive them to ensure proper function; extra caps and nozzle pins are provided to release dried glue. Please return glue within five business days for an exchange.

If you have received a defective product please return it within seven days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. All orders are nonrefundable after seven days. If you are unsatisfied with your unused products and wish to exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days provided the items are sealed in their original packaging.
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Sapphire Salon Dublin is not responsible for covering shipping costs on returns for unused products.
